Applebee's Triple Chocolate Meltown

Take out:
This Applebee's dessert can cause a major diet meltdown. With 726 calories, 108mg of cholesterol & 31g of fat, this dessert should be called the triple threat (approx. 16 Weight Watcher Points).

Fake out:
Here's another dessert fakeout to help fight the post-holiday blues (send us your fakeout suggestions to We replace the chocolate cake & white chocolate with a double chocolate dream Vitatop containing white chocolate chips (heat in microwave for 30 seconds). Then we replace the vanilla ice cream with Edy's Slow Churned rich & creamy vanilla frozen yogurt blend. And lastly we replace hot fudge with Smucker's sugar free hot fudge topping heated in microwave & top off with some Cool Whip Free. Can make this in under 2 minutes- No Baking required.
